The state government has issued an important order to implement a successful health care scheme for cooperatives and to register new members for the year 2024-25.
Yashasvini Yojana is a prestigious (Flagship) unique scheme implemented by the Government for the benefit of members of Co-operative Societies, wherein the maximum cost of medical treatment for the beneficiary and his family is Rs.5.00 Lakhs per annum subject to the package rate of prescribed treatments as per Yashasvini Protocol
There is an opportunity to get treatment in network hospitals with limitations.A Success plan is not an insurance plan. Instead, it is a self-funded Co-operative Society Members Health Assurance Scheme, where the members of the co-operative societies participate in the scheme by paying a fixed annual contribution.
Project guidelines
Registered under any of the Co-operative Societies Acts (Karnataka Co-operative Societies Act 1959 Karnataka Friendly Co-operative Societies Act 1997 or Multi State Co-operative Societies Act 2002), members of any Co-operative Societies / Banks (including Rural and Urban Co-operative Societies) or Co-operative Self-Help Groups functioning in the State Members, upon completion of one month as members, or employees who have completed at least three years of service in working cooperative societies as
registered under the Karnataka Co-operative Societies Act, 1959 and are receiving a monthly gross salary of Rs.30,000/- and below and their eligible family members as prescribed annually Eligible to become a member under Yashasvini scheme after paying the contribution (In case of employee, at least three years of service and salary of Rs.30,000/- and less should be attached by the concerned cooperative society’s governing body)
