It is rare for the education department to start the recruitment process. In such a situation, the Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board has now issued a notification for the recruitment of 1,180 assistant teachers in primary schools. The application process will start from September 17 and the last date is October 16. Interested candidates can visit the official website of the board at dsssb.delhi.gov.in and apply online.
Who can apply?: Candidates applying for the post of Assistant Teacher should have passed 12th class with 50% marks from any recognized board. In addition, they should have D.L.Ed degree and valid CTET certificate.
Age Limit Details: The age of the applicant should not exceed 30 years. There will be relaxation in the upper age limit for reserved category candidates as per government rules. It has been informed that the application fee for general category candidates is Rs 100, while there will be no fee for women, SC, ST and differently abled category candidates.
