Legal degree (recognized by the Bar Council of India) from any university in India or a member of the English bar or the Attorney of the High Court of India.

First Class Postgraduate Degree in Museology from recognized university.
Knowledge of Indian antiquities, museum techniques, publications and educational activities.

Librarian
Degree in Library Science from recognized university.
A Diploma or Library Automation Course conducted by a Diploma or National Science Communication and Information Resources Institute in a computer application accredited by AICTE/DOEACC.
