WALK-IN INTERVIEW FOR THE POST OF YOUNG PROFESSIONAL-I

Applications are invited for one temporary Young Professional post for the Division of

Agronomy at Central Coffee Research Institute, Chikkamagaluru District.

1. Educational Qualification and Renumeration:

Educational qualification M.Sc. (Agriculture) in Agronomy/ Horticulture/ Forestry/ Life Sciences with computer knowledge

Consolidated Renumeration

Rs.25,000/-per month

Desirable: 

Field research experience in Plantation crops.

2. Age limit:

 Upto 35 years

3. Nature of work:

 Field and research work (Collection of experimental data & analysis and

preparation of reports and other Divisional works assigned by the Scientists)

4. Terms and conditions:

a. Engaging as Young Professional (for laboratory and field work) is purely on ad-hoc/ temporary

basis initially for the period of 11 months and extendable for another 11 months based on

requirement.

b. His/ Her service is liable for termination at any time at 24 hours notice without assigning any

reasons.

c. He/ She in not entitled for the benefits of HRA, CCA, DA, medical benefits and any other

allowances as applicable to the employees of Central Govt./Quasi Govt. Organizations.

d. He/ She is entitled to avail one day Casual Leave (CL) per month on emergency.

e. In case he/ she is absent from duty other than one day of CL during the month, remuneration for

that day will not be considered.

f. He/ She will be provided accommodation at CCRI with reasonable license fee and electricity

charges.

g. If he/ she leaves the work place or does not carry out the assigned work, then remuneration for that

period will not be paid.

h. He/ She should furnish a declaration of acceptance of the terms and conditions on the duplicate

copy of the appointment order while reporting for duty.

i. He/ She should report for the duty at the Division of Agronomy, CCRI, Chikkamagaluru District

within 7 days from the date of receipt of order, failing which the selection will be treated as

cancelled.

j. The Coffee Board will not own any responsibility for providing regular employment.

k. He/ She should work from Monday to Saturday.

Interested candidates should attend the Walk-in Interview on 24.10.2024 between 10.30 AM and

1.00 PM in the Director of Research, Central Coffee Research Institute, Chikkamagaluru District,

with their Bio-data, a passport size photo along with all originals and copies of certificates in support
